EDITORIAL MISSION: The mission of the JDPA is to improve dermatological patient care by publishing the most innovative, timely, practice-proven educational information available for the physician assistant profession.
The Journal of Dermatology for Physician Assistants (JDPA) is a peer-reviewed publication that delivers innovative clinical, surgical, cosmetic, and professional content exclusively for dermatology PAs. Submissions to the JDPA are peer-reviewed by a panel of experienced dermatology PAs, educational PAs, and dermatologists before being accepted for publication. Manuscripts submitted for publication are reviewed with the understanding that they are original and have neither been submitted elsewhere nor are being considered by other journals.

Publication Frequency. JDPA/Journal of Dermatology for Physician Assistants (ISSN 1938-9574) is published quarterly (4 issues per volume, one volume per year) by the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), 300 N. Washington Street, Suite 407, Alexandria, VA 22314.
Distribution. JDPA is a member benefit of the SDPA. All current members of SDPA in good standing are eligible to receive a subscription to the journal and may opt in to receive the print version, digital version, or both.
*Each issue offers current SDPA members free AAPA Category I CME credit, available through the SDPA Learning Center.
Nonmembers may purchase individual or group print subscriptions: One-year subscription rates: $40 in the United States and Possessions. Single copies (prepaid only): $10 in the United States (Include $6.50 per order plus $2 per additional copy for US postage and handling).
